Return, Replacement and Refund

  1. All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by the respective Seller may be returned to the Seller in accordance with the terms contained in the respective Seller policy.
  2. No Products will be accepted by the Seller if:
    • The Products have been damaged by the User.
    • There is a change in the quality, quantity, or other characteristics of the Product.
    • As per the Seller, the product returned is not the Product that was delivered.
    • Any other circumstances deemed appropriate by the Website and/or Seller.
  3. Return/Exchange Rules:
    • Return/Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.
    • The tags on the product should be intact.
    • The product should be unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
    • The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
  4. If the Website does not offer pickup, the user can return the package using any courier service of their choice.
  5. For returns couriered by the User:
    • User must provide Proof of Delivery (PoD) if requested.
    • Non-receipt or empty shipment may lead to no refund/exchange.
  6. Refunds for courier charges will be provided against a valid RVP slip/written confirmation from the courier.
  7. Any discrepancy in reverse pickup status requires furnishing the RVP slip for refund processing.
  8. The Website will not be liable for products returned by mistake.
  9. Size exchange can be availed only once at the special price, applicable only to exchangeable products.
  10. Refunds can be claimed after adjusting courier or other charges if the product is returned or not delivered within the agreed period.
  11. All Products are eligible for replacement if damaged, soiled, or different from specifications, per Seller’s replacement policy.
  12. In case of size exchange, differential amount, if any, will be forfeited.
  13. Refunds will be made via original payment method within 15–18 working days. For COD, refund can be via NEFT or wallet credit.
  14. Refunds for electronic payments will be made using the same payment mode.
  15. The Website is not liable for damages or claims due to order processing delays beyond its control.
  16. All Users and Sellers must comply with applicable laws (FEMA, Customs Act, IT Act, PMLA, FCRA, Income Tax Act, etc.).
  17. Cancellation Policy:
    • The Website may cancel orders for fraudulent activity, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or bulk order misuse.
    • Users may be considered fraudulent for payment verification issues, misuse of vouchers, wrong product returns, refusal to pay, etc.
    • Accounts of fraudulent or loss-to-business users may be blocked and credits forfeited.
    • Bulk orders may be cancelled based on commercial resale, multiple orders, bulk quantity, invalid addresses, or malpractice.
  18. Partial item/partial order claims:
    • Claims for pilferage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Users must provide short description, snapshots of package/box, and any requested info for investigation.
    • Refunds processed after investigation; failure to provide information or packaging may result in no refund.
