If for any reason your purchase isn’t what you expected, our U.S. return policy makes it simple and straightforward to request a return or exchange. Eligibility for Returns:
• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Watch must be unused, unworn, in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase required.
Returns showing wear not caused by Tornado may be denied. -
How to Initiate a Return:
• Visit our Return Page.
• Enter order number → choose item.
• Get RA number + prepaid shipping label auto-generated.
• Package the item safely.
After approval, our USPS/FedEx hybrid partner schedules pickup in 2–4 days. You receive confirmation when the return is in transit. -
Refunds:
• Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Refund issued to original payment method.
• Email confirmation sent after refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. -
Exchanges:
• Mention exchange request in your return form.
• Exchange processed once original item is verified.
Price differences will be adjusted. -
Damaged or Defective Items:
• Email info@tornado.store within 7 days.
• Include photos + order number.
Tornado will replace or repair under warranty. -
