  1. Hassle-Free Returns You Can Trust — At Tornado, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every timepiece. If for any reason your purchase isn’t what you expected, our U.S. return policy makes it simple and straightforward to request a return or exchange. Your satisfaction matters — because trust is built in more than steel.
  2. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Watch must be unused, unworn, in original packaging.
    Proof of purchase required.
    Returns showing wear not caused by Tornado may be denied.
  3. How to Initiate a Return:
    • Visit our Return Page.
    • Enter order number → choose item.
    • Get RA number + prepaid shipping label auto-generated.
    • Package the item safely.

    After approval, our USPS/FedEx hybrid partner schedules pickup in 2–4 days. You receive confirmation when the return is in transit.
  4. Refunds:
    • Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
    • Refund issued to original payment method.
    • Email confirmation sent after refund.
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Exchanges:
    • Mention exchange request in your return form.
    • Exchange processed once original item is verified.
    Price differences will be adjusted.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • Email info@tornado.store within 7 days.
    • Include photos + order number.
    Tornado will replace or repair under warranty.
  7. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Worn or resized watches
    • Final sale items
    • Personalized/engraved watches
  8. Warranty Coverage:
    All watches include a 2-year international warranty covering:
    • Movement defects
    • Manufacturing issues
    • Faulty materials
