Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. All Products purchased from the Website shall be delivered to the User by standard courier services by www.tornado.store on behalf of the respective Sellers through a logistics partner or by the Sellers themselves. Deliveries shall be made on a best-efforts basis, and the Website disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from delays. A nominal COD fee may apply, viewable at checkout and in order emails. This fee is non-refundable if an item is returned or cancelled after shipment.
2. www.tornado.store shall not be responsible for delivery delays or damages caused by mishandling by the logistics partner.
3. The logistics partner will make a maximum of three delivery attempts. If the User is unreachable or refuses delivery, the Seller may cancel the order at its discretion.
4. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page, and an email will be sent with the summary and estimated delivery time.
5. Delivery may take longer due to:
   • Bad weather
   • Flight delays
   • Political disruptions
   • Other unforeseen circumstances
6. In case of expected delay, the Website may notify the User at its discretion.
7. The Website bears no liability for failure or delay in delivery, including any damage or loss.
8. No refunds are available for delays caused by factors beyond the control of the Website or Seller.
9. If Products are damaged, the Seller will replace them as per the Seller’s replacement policy indicated on the Website.
10. For multiple Products in one transaction, Sellers may deliver together, subject to stock availability.
11. For delivery to different addresses, separate transactions must be made with separate delivery addresses.
12. www.tornado.store is not liable for mental agony due to delivery delays. Users can cancel orders at any time, and prepaid orders will be refunded via the chosen payment method upon successful cancellation.
